Facing the same issue, dealing with him for ragdoll cats at the moment. Same excuse given that the house is not pet compatible and money is not an object, asking me for my details whether the house is suitable for his kittens or not.
I just blocked him.
Thanks to the other scam reports here, saved my time.

After several emails, location was different to add and with unclear prices I asked for a call from a Danny Lucel. This was his reply "I am on my treatment ,my health issues that do not permit me to use a phone,I had an ear surgery I can only email you anytime okay"

I was looking for a puppy and after a lot of sites I found a post on "eclassifieds4u/vancouver" I email the person and the post did say anything about the price, "Danny" get back to me and offer two puppies for free, after 1 year looking for this type of puppies understand that was scam. I email another post different breed and it was the same body of email, and I start looking for more info about scam and it was clear it was scam.

I just want to help to stop this people of posting and lying to more people.

Hi,Did his emails begin with " I sadly have to part with the puppies due to the fact that my home is not compatible and have a tight work schedule? They are available to any person who can provide good care for them? " Money is not an object? If so I may be dealing with him now and he is still very much operational. I was suspicious so I did a name search and this basically confirmed it for me. Thank you for this you definitely helped me out.
