Someone name Carmen Manfield follow up with me about a position I applied to said it was filled here's the exact email "Dear applicant, I am so sorry to inform you the position has been taken but we have an opening position for a Remote (work from home) Personal Assistant job with our CEO." I moved forward with the process and sent my resume to the CEO name Danny McClellan he responded a day later saying"

Thanks for your interest in working for me as my Personal Assistant, I am looking for an active off-site (WORK FROM HOME) Personal Assistant...As President I manages a host of businesses, hence the need for a hardworking and dedicated Personal Assistant.

This Personal Assistant position is a part-time flexible job and all essential roles will be carried out for me. You can be in any location and work from home doing all work activities and does not affect your present job if you are employed now.

Duties Includes:

-Running personal errands such as mailing out letters.

-Scheduling fund raisers and calling local businesses for charity events.

-Making regular contacts and drop-offs.

-Handling and monitoring.

-Receiving calls from my closest associates and relaying the message back to me via Email or Text

-Replying emails and printing invitations for exhibitions.

-Shopping for gifts and materials, paying bills as well as receiving payments from clients

Work Hours: 20 hours Per Week

Wages: $1100 WEEKLY

Bonus is subject to positive appraisal of duties. All expenses and taxes will be paid by my Financial Advisor which would include bonuses and your weekly wages($1000).

Thanks for providing answers to the questions, I am happy to work with you and also I am happy to inform you that you have been employed temporarily as my personal assistant, all necessary paperwork will be prepared and made available to you next week, you will be receiving paperwork in the mail from my HR department, in the meantime I will like to work with you and I will make plans to meet with you after my trip.

My accountant is overseeing my other business audit at the moment, I have instructed her to set up an expenses account for you as soon as the audit is complete. I will make the account available to you once it is all setup and ready to be used. You will be using the expenses account to pay bills and also withdraw your weekly pay as instructed.

Moving forward, your home office needs to be set up and I've already discussed with our authorized distributor to make all the necessary office equipment available to you. You'll receive the equipment listed below which you'll be working with on the job:

A virtual training will be provided to you on how to use the software programs just to guide you through so you won't find them difficult to work with.

I'll instruct my accountant to make funds for the equipment available so the distributor can ship the equipment to you next week. However, the distributor advised that they are only accepting payments via money order due to the current restructuring of their company and they're changing to a new financial institution. So, I will instruct my accountant to cut out a check from my other business account and mail it to you via USPS to be delivered within a day or two, I will be sending you a tracking update as soon as I receive it. The funds will include your first week pay of $1100. Once you receive the payment, you're to get the money order from the post office and send it to the distributor so they can proceed to deliver the office equipment to you after receiving payment and the rest of the Check amount will go towards paying up some parking tickets, ticket fines, making few anonymous donations online, booking flights/hotels.

You will be receiving a Check of $4750 in total(Check amount includes your first wages of $1000), the Check has to be deposited using your Bank ATM or just walk-in to deposit inside the bank(Also you can mobile deposit it)...note! the check is not setup to be cashed, it has to be actually deposited so the financial institute can process it, I believe funds will be made available within 24/48 hours.

Kindly confirm that I can authorise my financial advisor to mail you a $4750 Check and you will be depositing the check in your account when you receive it so the funds can be available to carry out the task.
