I filled out their contact form as it was their only means of communication. Someone promptly texted and emailed me and included photos that were not posted in the website asking with a video. Over text they were a little rude, making me afraid to ask questions or make requests:
“ Hi, my name is Darcy. I'm writing to you about our Shih Tzu puppy, Luna, for which you submitted a request on our website.
The puppy is 9 weeks old and is priced at $700.
well-socialized with people and other animals and will be very comfortable in most household environments, including those with children.
Loves to snuggle, cuddle, and play. will make the perfect lap dog and, most importantly, is potty trained (with pads).
The puppy's vaccinations, flea, and worming treatments are all up-to-date.
The parents have been health tested and are free from any genetic diseases common to the breed.
Furthermore, the puppy will come with all necessary documents, including health documents and a birth certificate.
Before purchase, you will be provided with a sales contract and a 5-year health guarantee, as also stated on our website.
As family breeders and dog lovers, we care deeply about the puppies we raise. We want them to find good homes where they will be cherished and well taken care of.
We have some questions for you:

Have you ever owned a dog before or one of this breed?

Do you have the time required for socializing, training, and exercising your puppy?
3).
Have you done your research and set reasonable expectations when it comes to puppyhood?

The 2nd email:
“ We appreciate your time in answering the questions. Consequently, we're pleased to consider the possibility of you becoming the new owner of our puppy.
We're a small family-run business situated in Cody, Wyoming. We're neither a breeding firm nor a puppy mill. When we have available litters from superior dams and sires within our family, we offer some at affordable prices solely to dog-loving homes! Our prices reflect this. We only breed once every two years, so we don't have litters frequently.
We would appreciate it if you could come to pick up the puppy, allowing us to meet the new owners.
We also provide shipping if you're unable to come for pick up.
Please inform us whether you'll come for pick up or prefer the delivery option, so we can provide more information.

3rd email:
“ We can prepare to deliver the puppy to your location for a cost of $150 within the next two days. An additional $50 is required for home delivery.
The puppy will travel in a temperature-controlled and pressurized compartment just below the cabin. We use dog crates manufactured by us as they meet all the standards for pet travel as air cargo. They are also among the safest commercial cargo crates on the market today.
The crate is spacious enough for the pet to stand, turn around, and lie down comfortably. Water and food bowls are affixed to the inside of the front door and can be refilled from the outside of the crate without opening the door. Small funnels attached to the door by cable ties make it easier for airport handlers to refill water bowls. Food can be attached to the top of the crate in a plastic bag.
How the Delivery Process Works:
The Sales Contract and five-year health guarantee will be emailed to you for review, signing, and sending back a copy.
After payment, a final vet check of the puppy will be conducted to ensure the puppy is healthy enough to travel.
I will then provide you with the delivery information, including the tracking number, so you are aware of the departure and arrival times of the puppy.

-The airport you want the puppy to be delivered to.
Once the above information is sent, I will then email you the sales contract for you to sign and return a copy.”
