Male individual called claiming to be a Lt. Brian Allen with the Dare Co. Sheriff's Office. Stated Badge Number was 6943. Said there were 3 arrest warrants for failure to show up for jury duty. Gave option of going through booking or going to Walgreen's or Rite Aid to obtain a voucher for fine amount, which could later be refunded after court date. If voucher wasn't taken care of, arrest would be made. This was all a lie. There were no warrants and no payment/vouchers needed to be made. Individual, after being caught as a lie, proceeded to ask for sexual intercourse and other inappropriate actions.
