My husband and I lost our beautiful Pom of 14 years on March 18th. We decided to get a puppy. We purchased "Luna" and paid $800.00 which was $699.00 plus $100.00 shipping to our home as agreed. This was paid to tyree Fritz last week. She was supposed to be delivered today. As is early, no call as yet from Supreme Public Logistics. We don't expect one after we saw the post this morning from the other victims. We are not wealthy people, we work hard for our money and used funds we stretched to purchase her. This is an extreme shock as now our hopes of having another Pomeranian in our home have been crushed. We know our money is gone but are in hopes that this post added to the other will prevent any more families from going thru this horrible fraud..

My girl friend and I just lost our 13 year old Pomeranian. We both decided to get a

puppy. We found one online and put a deposit on her. The business was to ship the

dog to which was included in the contract. We were to pay the remaining balance of

$550.00 upon delivery of the puppy. The price of the puppy was $799.00 plus $300.00

for shipping. I was told numerous days the puppy was being delivered to our door by a

set time. Well of course it never happened. Then I get an email from the shipping

company (supreme public logistics) that want me(the buyer) to purchase an electronic crate for the flight. The

costs went from $1500 to $1000 dollars. I went back and forth between the breeder

and the shipping company that I was required to purchase a crate. This was never

mentioned before I sent the $550 deposit and nothing states this in the contract? I

refused to send additional funds because now it's really looking like a scam. I wrote to

the breeder and warned him that if he didn't return my deposit be noon today, I would

be forced to expose him, Supreme Public Logistics and Daring Poms as fraudulent, lying, scammers!
