RE Loan - I applied for a loan from Daris Dawson and I initially paid $345 cad for PPI on Sept 18, 2023 also the day I signed a Agreement Letter between the lender and myself. Until this day I have not received the loan for $16,000.00 cad. He tried sending the money from Bank to Bank but was not successful. He sent the money by courier and they charged $2000 cad to deliver so that was cancelled. Last week he sent it thru another courier company unitycrownexpress and billed me $300 cad for the freight. I refused because the Agreement Letter does not specify that I pay for the freight of a package. Finally I asked Daris Dawson to fly it by International Priority Express and charge the delivery to my FedEx account that I gave him. He did not answer me. I also asked that he send the loan thru RIA Money Transfer and have not heard from him as well. It's been two months since I signed the Agreement Letter and still waiting for my loan. I would say Daris Dawson is scamming me after paying him $345 for PPI and no loan money in the end. Please contact him and let me know if he is running the lender business legally?
