Type of a scam Online Purchase
Although, I do personally know people who have received cookbooks from Darius, that does not mean he is not a fraud. My theory is he sends people the items he has in inventory and then runs out and still allows people to buy cookbooks and instead of saying they are sold out. He creates the labels and never ships them. Then he does it again with the next batch of inventory.
There is a hashtag on Twitter, where more people are coming out with complaints of never receiving purchased items, services, or payment (from previous employees & vendors). Check #DariusCooks or #DariusCrooks on Twitter. On one of Darius's tweets I commented a link to his ScamPulse.com page to warn his followers not to buy his cookbooks because they may not receive it and he blocked me.
There are recordings of his IG Lives on Twitter where he says "why are people not coming forward if I am a scammer?" People are, he is just deleting their comments and blocking them so his audience cannot see. The information is everywhere. His scams run deeper than cookbooks, including a credit repair scam, taking ( real) chef's recipes and claiming it as his own, non-payment to vendors, customers (Dining with Darius 2020) and employees.
If you have been personally scammed by Darius, go through your bank or credit card company to get your money back. He will not give you refund on his own. His business is not associated with ScamPulse.com so he does not have to respond and address the complaints. I am just here to warn others.
