Purchased an item on a website selling tools. Price wasn't extremely cheap so that didn't ring any warning bells. It was one of the first ones that Google listed. Got an email that looked normal confirming the sale and received a tracking number the next day. I looked up the tracking number and it pre-dated my purchase. That had me worried. Then the item was marked as delivered but I did not receive it. I checked with Fedex and the package was not addressed to me nor did the delivery address match my address but they would not provide me that in writing. I made the purchase through Paypal so I filed a dispute. I lost that dispute because the seller provided the same fake/stolen tracking number. Been back and forth between Paypal and Fedex for the last 2 weeks to resolve this issue but neither will budge.
