Darphin (a french cosmetics company) pretends to "cancel" your order, and they still ship it and charge you. If you type in a non-existent postal address by mistake and cancel the order immediately afterwards, Darphin will still "ship it" to the non-existent shipping address and takes your money. Darphin's Customer representatives (if they are real) told me and assured me the order has been "cancelled" or have "requested cancelling" numerous times.

They are a nasty business who sell overpriced goods and will not let consumers cancel even within 30 minutes of purchase. Nasty business plan, borderline-fraudulent, please investigate this nasty little "company" that lie to its customers and general public.
