This person advertised that they were selling gaming computers on the Kansas City Craigslist website. I texted, to which they replied that they would build a custom computer for me based on what my needs were. After having agreed on a list of parts, a time and a place to meet was arranged. I was forwarded multiple invoices with the list of parts to be used. I was to print off the finalized invoice to bring with me and to bring 60% of the payment up front, which consisted of a PS4 and $400. Upon meeting, both parties signed the invoice, which specified that the unit ordered was to be delivered by no later than January 3rd. I gave the person the PS4 and the money and was told to periodically check in. Brief instances of communication occurred throughout the waiting period. Even a week after the wait period had ended, the business had failed to contact me with details as to how to finish the transaction.
