I tried to buy 2 bikes. After waiting 2 months I finally had enough. Looking up the tracking info, it said the USPS delivered it. Never got the package. When I went to the post office, they looked it up. The package they supposedly sent weighed less than one once, definitely not 2 bicycles. I would stay away from this company. They offered to reship my order. What would be the point, the first one definitely was not the tight thing, a second would be no different

Ordered Margaritaville Bike on July 27, 2020 from darteplant.com.
The scammer is located in China. I ordered a bike worth $60.68 via the website darteplant.com and received 3 face masks instead. Complained to company who advised will send correct order (Bike). No additional response from Darteplant since Sept 24 when Bike supposedly arrived in my city but not delivered to me. Please mark this website as a scam...the phone number does not work and the business address is deceptive. The seller is located in China and the face mask I received was shipped from China.

Darteplant scammed me in the same fashion. Ordered a bicycle to receive masks from China. They have such a thought out illegal operation including convincing tracking systems; the US Postal Service and EMS. Their phone number and physical address listed on their site is fake. Do not trust Darteplant at all. They should be reported to the FBI’s Internet unit and the local Police Departments.

Darteplant as well as Jstimier are a complete scam. I ordered 2 bikes and waited about a month. What I received was bad quality face masks. 170 dollar cheap bad quality masks. They are scammers. Despicable human beings. Karma will get you.

Its a lie. They will eventually send you the worst quality face masks ever instead of the bikes you ordered. They did that to me. 170 bucks down the drain.

This is a scam. They sent me masks and not the bike I ordered. I paid via Paypal
and my refund was denied because it was delivered. After many calls Paypal open my case and I was offered less than the amount I paid.

Same thing happened with me, ordered Schwinn bike and received face masks. they did the same thing, offered 70% refund. I pestered them so finally they agreed to pay in full, but that was Sep4th. I don't think they intend to return the money so I just filed complaint with my credit card company.

Wow! The same thing happened to me I paid $154 for two bikes and got 20 mask they kept calling me friend and told me they would check the package. Gave me a fake tracking number. Last email i sent told them they were scammers and they didn’t answer back. Hopefully my bank will handle it.

I purchased a bike through this website on 7/27/2020 for my granddaughter. The website kept up with its communication, always with a greeting Hello Friend. Even provided me with tracking number so I could track my package. It said "Please track it here https://t.17track.net/en#nums". After waiting for over a month, a package arrived yesterday in small black envelope containing masks from LISHUICHENP 31#Jinlin Rd JIANXIN TOWN CANG SHAN DI STRY, cangshan, fuzhou, fuj, fuzhou, fujian 350000 CHINA PHONE 8618059169546. Strange also when you track the packages, it gives different updates such as the item was enroute, and ended up in Massachusetts. I do not see that anymore, and today I checked it said the package was delivered at the front porch and I checked it was a black plastic package with 2 packs of masks in cheap ziploc bags. See photos. They are scammers! Please do not trust this website.

I ordered 2 Huffy girls bike back on 07/26/2020. On 08/26/2020 I received a packet with 8 masks. I emailed the vendor for a refund and they said logistical mistake and that they would resend me original product. Total scam by these people. I have requested a refund from my bank and hoping they will come through. Their website doesn't exist anymore either.

I used a credit card linked through Pay-Pal and they did the same thing to me. The delivery information you received is the same as I received and of course the tracking was four the NK-95 masks. Filed a complaint to credit card issuer with all the information in emails. Credit card issued me a full refund and they go after Sheng SuMing, Jane Wilson and Darteplant. Hope this information helps!
