DASH REALTY / DANA Ferretti IS A SCAM
Ruined our vacation. Do yourself a favor and book with a different company and people who aren't so rude.
*Update: the response from Dana (the owner), just proves my point on how they handle any complaint. Deny. Deny. Deny.
First: our family of 10 booked a stay in Maui with Dash Realty. Dash Realty did not provide the 3-Bedroom unit we paid and rented from this company.
Second: It's amusing DanaFerretti, with Dash Realty places blame on me, the customer, for her mishap and accusing me of a false review. This is a very real review of Dash Realty and how the owner refuses to take accountability and not refund us for the monies owed to us.
Third: We have booked with other travel agencies that did not mess up our reservation and then gaslight us for their mistake. We provided the other travel agencies a 5-star rating.
I would rate Dash Realty Zero stars if we could.
How many other reviews have you reported that were truthful, but not to your liking? I will be submitting a review on BBB as well since your response to me was just as ugly.
There is also another Zero/1-Star Review from other guests BTW on BBB and I will make sure other guests don't run into the same issues with Dash Realty Group INC.
