1. Supplies were never ordered from Datamax.
2. Supplies were never received from Datamax.
3. Datamax has a history or sending fake invoices to many companies on BBB.
4. Datamax has a phone number that doesn't accept calls.
5. Datamax has a listed website that doesn't exist.
6. Datamax has a physical address that is the location of another business.
7. I received an invoice from Datamax for the exact amount as many other complaints.
8. I received an invoice with no company contact. "Bill To" is simply the company address with "Attn: Accounts Payable". "Ship To" is simply the company address, with the company's 1-800 number. "Ordered By" is simply the name of the company.
