you get a text saying you won a prize and need to answer a shot survey,you pay one dollar shipping,once you give all your billing info.you get a fast note that all prizesess are gone.Then the next day you have a one dollar charge and the next day get a $44.99 charge for a dating service-there a phone number on the charge,you call to try to cancel get a refund-well the first person by the name of Ray would not give any information as to if I was going to get a refund he was very rude and aggressive he said he was going to cancel the subscription and to check my account for the cancellation of the charge and if nothing was on there to call back the next day and he would help me with the refund,I call today and spoke to jessie and he said that he can not give a refund because there was allready a day on the subscription and that they do not offer a prize but a subscription service,but is no where in the text that they send me,the text was att.offering a prize for being a customer/ the text disappear after the note of no more prizes available
