Next day I realized that my suscripción was canceled I called customer services a person with Indian accents tell me she can do anything about it because I used those credits to talk to people . I express that that charge was without my autorización I I wanted to talked to the manager .at the end of the conversation she claimed she was the manager and told me that a purchase was a purchase and hung the phone on me .
I did a little research and found out soo many people comparing about this website Money taken away from their accounts without authorization etc .
I lost 35 dlls isn’t too much about the money the attitude of the person on the phone was like she was untouchable .
I hope you let me know what did you did about it .
