This Guy wants to pay all the back taxes, which there are none and never have been, and give us $8000.00 for 74 +/- acres. He told me that my county was reporting the property taxes delinquent and that I should take it up with them. I did and seems to be this guy has sent this letter out to anyone that has acreage, and I was advised to disregard the letter and burn it, A hundred dollars an acre, I would want to buy it too!
