Scamming people out of money and identity

The scammer claimed to be Dave Johnson who recently won a large jackpot in the lottery. He claimed to want to share his winnings with others by giving them $30,000. He did this by saying the first so many to contact him would win this. When you reply to his post on Facebook or Instagram he replies back and says congratulations I picked you as one of the winners. He then goes on to ask what you would do with your winnings. After he validates what you say you're going to do with the winning saying that that is a good choice he then continues to ask you information about yourself such as your name and where you live your address and how you will pay for FedEx to deliver your winnings to you. He sent you a list of choices on how to pay which includes the Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, and a few others. When I explained to him I did not have that kind of money and the lowest choice was $187 he pressed and asked how else I could get the money. After several attempts of trying to get me to pay the $187 he then said he could pitch in $87 of it but that he had several other people he was trying to help by awarding them money as well so that's the best he could do. He then continued to constantly ask me how it was going coming up with the money as well as having the fake FedEx person constantly text me asking hello have you got the money how is it going hello hello constantly texting me. I drive professionally for a living and cannot have my phone constantly going off like this. I do not reply to them because I do know there are scam I looked it up before anything further happened. I did keep photos of all conversations on Instagram and on my texts as well as my phone lists the number calling constantly. It is becoming harassment at this point. And it interferes with my job because I drive a large truck and I cannot have my phone constantly going off like this. They need put behind bars for what they are trying to do.
