A ‘David Snyder’ has created a false rental listing for a home in Mankato posted on Rad renters: http://www.radrenter.com/apartment?uid=15609. He is not the owner of the house and asks for sensitive personal information and upfront rent immediately. I visited the supposed listing because I was suspicious and met the real owner, who was aware of the scam and incredibly frustrated that his address and pictures of his house are being used in a scam. His attempts to get the listing removed have had no results. Rad renter website clearly should not be trusted for finding potential housing.
