I had contacted this "breeder" to purchase a puppy. I was told to go to Western Union to make a payment to the breeder. Once I had sent the money agreed upon the breeder tells me after they accepted the money that he needed another fee to ship the puppy in a electronic ventalation? create.

I then realized something was up and refused to send anymode. I was promised a puppy by the end of today but because I wouldn't send him more money he tried to guilt trip me into it and I didn't budge he refused to send me a refund.

He told me to send it to Virgina however the place where the transfer was received was by a women in Maryland but her driver's license stated she was from Pennsylvania.

So in the end I lost $700 and these ppl are still out there scamming ppl.
