I’ve been receiving calls stating I owe debt from check and go from 2011 and I know I don’t owe. They keep threatening me about freezing my accounts and be put on a list to where I won’t be able to receive anymore checks etc. They call me multiple times during the day.

NOTHING MADE SENSE

Got the call refused to identify themselves but was calling to collect on a bad check from 2013. Finally identified themselves but refused to send proof "was mailed several times now it's a judicial matter" somehow they had my address and phone number but never received a letter. Transferred me to somewhere else eventually claimed she worked for David and Thompson Attorneys. Have not been successful if the attorneys are legitimate phone call says "leave message" as l did. Interesting part is Nevada Law (NRS/NAC) on collection activity 4 years revolving accounts and 6 years for all other collections. Another interesting fact the address is in The Legg Tower but website lists no suite number. Called property management gave me a dead end phone.
