Scrolling on lahousingsearch.org found a property I was interested in seeing and wanted to know about availability.. Contacted the guy listed and he assured me property was still available.. After communicating with him about securing home he advised me to send deposit of 900.00$. We set up a date to see property which is 8/25/2021.. Sent him money because I have to move out property from where I’m staying now by 8/31/2021.. Explained this to the guy.. After considering how far the property is from work for myself and school for my kids I decided not to take the property.. I called him to discuss this matter the same day and he told me he couldn’t give me a refund because he processed a receipt.. I have not completed an application or no type of paperwork.. only sent him money because I thought this was legit by him advertising on Housing Authorities website..

David Richardson targets inexperienced people on the Invstr app and other platforms. He builds a “trusting” relationship and says he will invest their money for them and will generate 100-300% interest. He makes him self out to be a financial advisor and professional. He will then take your money, invest it for his own personal selfish reasons and not return the original investment like he promises to do. Even if he is under contract. He will continue to make excuses and guilt you to feel sorry for him. He has multiple victims and also charges people for advice, stock picks, etc without having a license to do so.
