The guy said we won the lottery. In order to collect it we had to provide a vise gift card for 85.00. He told me to go to the store and get a Visa card for 85.00. When I got back home to call him back. He then wanted the information from the card.he assured me it was not a scam. Just wanted to verify the information then he would go to the next step in receiving the money.
