I was contacted first via phone and then again via Instagram and told that this person work for Western Union. He referred me to his Instagram page to supposedly show me that he was legit...( in one of the pictures there's a Western Union money form so I've really thought he worked for Western Union ),he went on to tell me that I was part of a sweepstakes where the minimum was $400 the maximum was $1,000 you send the money to the individual and you can win either two or three times the amount that you send I was contacted after sending the money to Xavier Marshall and told that it will take 45 minutes to see if I had won the two or three times the amount I was called after one hour and was told that I had won three times the amount and that the process was going through and was at 90% almost done 2 hours went by I never heard anything back I called the guy the guy said that there was something going on with his computer and in order for me to receive the money I would have to send an additional $400 because in the system it didn't look like I originally sent the $400 even though I gave him the money control number I told him that I would have to give him a call back I called Western Unions 800 number and ask them if there was an Xavier Marshall working for them they told me no I explain to them what happened and they told me that this was a scam I try to go to his Instagram page again and I think that I've been blocked so I wasn't able to get an image but if you go to that username you should be able to see pictures
