I received a text from a (618) area code. The person claimed to be David Yax. He said he won the Powerball lottery and because of the pandemic was moved to share some of his winnings with the public . He used some randomizer app and it came up with my number. He asked me to text a (402) number that was owned by his "agent" to verify that I was willing to receive the money. I did not and called the BBB. The text also included a link to a YouTube video of David Yax.
