We paid $400.00 as down payment for a puppy named Noah. They said the puppy will be delivered on 8/31/22 via plane and a nanny will deliver the puppy at our residence, no charge to transit the puppy as well as for the nanny. On 8/31 at 8:30 am, they wanted us to zelle the balance of $400.00. We said the agreement was to pay the balance upon delivery of the puppy in person. They insist to zelle the balance. First off when we check their home address, their name is not associated with them. The Trans Shipping Ltd. did not show their business license. When I reached out to thus shipping company to ask for their phone number to call no one responded. When my wife emailed the transit co., no response either. We should have known something is wrong because initially, when we asked for them to have someone call us, a guy with a Nigerian accent called us, he sounded older. We asked to have a video with the puppy, they said they dont do video, my wife brought it up with me that this doesnt sound right but i was so trusting. Then, when i called them again, they told

me to communicate via emails. We have a lot of email communications saved to and from them (i dont know how to attach a copy of the emails as well as the copy of the money to the email i provided you above, but i can copy and mail them to you if you need them). Still, we gave them a chance to show up with the puppy until today 9/26/22. This is our first experience to get scammed. We're reporting this - for everybody to be aware of our bad and painful experience, and to NOT

TRUST anybody. Now, their website is no longer there, most probably they created a new one.
