I'm sorry for the late reply. There are too many applications for this apartment, and I am doing my best to attend to all. I already have over 50 applications to respond to so please bear with me if I reply slowly.

They have given a 30 days notice to us that's why this property is listed for rent at this time.
I'm sorry you won't be able to tour until november 21st This is the reason I played down on responding to you, your time frame is far and i already have some applicants who are willing to go ahead to reserve this property sight unseen, I am only just considering their application, fill out your application hopefully I'll run through it too, then if you qualify I'll let you know if you will move forward to reserving this property or not. This might not be an option you would like , but it is what is obtainable, as I'm trying to get a tenant just before the current occupants vacate this property. Meanwhile please if you don't want this option please don't fill out the application.

I googled the emailers name but the email address that we have been corresponding to did not match the real person’s business email. I contacted the real person via his social media platform using direct messaging and he confirmed that said Craigslist posting and email is not from him and that it is most likely indeed a scam.
