On Feb 22/2023, ,on Facebook live David Omari YouTube automation was giving class on Facebook live about how to make money on YouTube making 6- 7 figures , so he say if you are interested use the link to register $27 and get the free course, so I did with others, he say do not worry is 200% money back guarantee in 60 days if you not satisfied or want out. So I immediately registered but only to notice the next morning he over charged my account 2 time, $497 and $1694, so I immediately contact him on Instagram he blocked me, after paying you received an email from David, I replied on the email no response, until today, no response, report to my bank and made a claim, is still under investigation, please help me

I purchased the program during a free yt mastery automation training offered on social media. The event was live and David provides a lot of information. During the event, he offers a 30-day money-back guarantee to suggest low risk and you can get your money back if you think the program isn't for you. I tried the program and even reached out to his team within a few days to discuss a refund. I spoke with a team member and he suggests to continue the program for the thirty-day period if things aren't working for me then I could reach out to David's direct email to request the refund. I did what he suggested and reach out to David for the refund and was denied. Considering the holidays and a personal surgery that has taken place during this 30-day period things are pretty much cut and dry. Meaning he is fast talking on the live videos hyping people up that we have at least one of their videos go viral in thirty days. Well, that didn't happen to me and I asked for my refund. I tried the program and implemented the steps. I was scammed over the holiday's Black Friday sale. Being denied twice for the 30-day money-back guarantee.
