I bought the item from the website link filed with this complaint. On arrival the analogs were not working as they should and I realized that the packaging is slightly different from the GENUINE product pictured in the listing on their site! The listing is also purposefully deceptive, stating 'Original Sony Controller'.

I don't know what to do as they won't refund an opened product, further more, their returns address is in the US, but the item was originally sent from Singapore. Any help would be appreciated and I hope you can at least help others from making the same mistake that I have.
