I got a call from a tracking company out of South Carolina that said they tracked me for some company called Davis and edwards n gave me a file number. Then I call and the lady is trying to tell me I owe us cellular 1200$ I tell her no and she’s like oh no mam you do. There’s a civil suite and they r going to garnish my wages. I asked if she had documentation of this something in writing and she tells me they mailed me something and I’m like no!? She like we did I’m all well can you send it again she says no they can’t do that. I asked if was certified mail did I have to sign for it n she goes oh we know it got delivered. I asked for a supervisor n she was really [censored]ty n told me no I’m going to deal with her I don’t get to talk to her supervisor. I ask when did you mail this documentation? Aug 8 th I have informed delivery I told her that I’m not going to find this letter n I can prove I didn’t receive it. She said good then I could prove it in court. She had my name address last 4 of my social asked for my birthdate. I called us cellular they said no no it’s a scam. I called them back like 3xs n they just hung up. But really I’d like to drive to riverside n kick her door in so bad.

I was told that private matter had come up and I needed to call 844-307-1865 and give them a case file of MXQ3027. They named a city near where I lived yet did not offer any other information. I stated this was scam and blocked their number.

I told them I was very offended that they were referring to me as sir, how do they know how I identify? Anywho, I kept calling them back and they continued to hang up on me. I finally was able to speak to someone and they asked me if I had anything better to do. I said no, I’ve had Covid all week and I am bored out of my balls. Oh well.

A messenger company called me and told me to call Davis & Edwards at 844-832-4545 I called and give them this reference number#RBA7074 that was given to me by this messenger company. They transferred me to a case worker and that is who I talked too. A female asked for my birthdate to confirm my identity, they then gave me the four of my social. She said she had something from North West Bank in my name and said I owed $1160.00ish (don't remember exact) and it was penalties and interest added on an unpaid balance of 600.00. I told her if she couldn't tell me what it was for I wasn't telling her anything. She said it was a private matter and if I don't settle when they send the letter then they will put liens on my property or garnish my wages. I told her I wasn't paying it she said that was fine she will just garnish my wages and hung up.

Davis & Edwards at 844-832-4545 has contacted me about a medical bill from 2010 in Texas they had my old address,my step daughters address,my social,birthday,make and model of my truck,threatened to garnish my wages put a lean on my truck report to IRS and scared me to death living on a fixed income a widow and on my own they got me they got all my information even a copy of my Driver license. Yes I feel ignorant and stupid. So hospital financial debt called and informed me I've never had an outstanding balance with them I have canceled my account they got info on but now concerned about the contract I eSignal any suggestions they had me set up a payment plan to start on 3rd of each month starting December drafted my account yesterday for 61.38 11/12/21. They can't hit my bank again but can they sue over breaking their contract?

These people are a joke a huge scam! They called my brother and my house to get in touch with my dad using a locating company Elite locating. They gave me a number and a file ref number. When I called they would not speak to me. When I called again with my dad present, and him giving me the authorization to spaek to me... she would not speak to me. So once she verified his DOB and she gave the last 4 digitd of his social she disclosed the reason why they were so deperate to locate my dad. Supposadly, he owed money to T-Mobile, yet he has been on my account since he has had a phone. No only did the translator not want to speak to me... since I handle all his finances, but she hung up when I called her out an the scam. and she said to have a lawyer handle it and hung up. Here is the kicker... LOL when I called back they rejected my call. A ligit business would NEVER answer the call and hang up when they realized I was calling again. I heard them in the background.
I did not even let her start with the collection BS they are giving everyone... garnishing of wages, legal action..they refuse to resend the "letter" they sent... its all a lie

They are trying to collect from a medical bill from a closed clinic from 2008. Threaten to garnish wages and they have my full social. Stated the debt was on the credit report in 2016 which is not true because we bought a home. All they wanted was money to stop the process and that I’m not able to dispute. And I need an attorney to dispute it.

A company by the name Davis & Edwards with phone number 833-321-3491 contacted me about a land line debt back from 2008, the amount they wanted me to pay was $800 after all fees. I told them I didn't have a land line or unpaid debt for that matter and nothing showed up on credit report for the debt they were requesting payment.....They told me I had 24 hours to pay or they will garnish my wages. I requested a letter or email with this information and the refused to do so, since they already sent me a letter to whatever address they had on file. However, I never received correspondence from Davis & Edwards. I looked up the address on google: 231 E Alessandro Blvd A502 Riverside, CA 92508 and it takes me to a building where the suite number A502 does not exist. BEWARE PEOPLE, THIS IS SCAM. No lawyer should garnish your wages without some type of writing noticed, and 24 hour turn around . Also the website https://www.davisandedwards.net/, looks very suspicious, it inspect the each of their social media outlets they are fake. Beware of this company and the scamming they are doing.

This man called me and said I owed money and it seemed very legit but I’ve always had an early feeling about this. The address provided I can’t find the telephone number doesn’t have a voicemail but they knew my social which is odd. They threatened me do now I’ve been paying $50 a week for a debt I don’t even know exists. They told me if I don’t pay I’ll lose everything through courts.

Some male from "Person Locator Service" identified themselves on the initial call and said they have an important civil matter to bring to my attention.

The instructions were to take the "case number" they provided and call another party to discuss the matter because it was covered by "privacy laws".

I called the number, and "stephanie" picked up by announcing I'd reached "Davis and Edwards".

I gave this person my case number.

This person muted their phone for a moment, then came back on the phone to verify the last 4 of my SSN, which was correct. That was odd.

They continued to explain that I owed Verizon $690 from an account prior to 2012, no actual year, for a phone number they couldn't identify. They only had the area code and first 3 digits of the number. They also stated they'd mailed information to my home address, which was false. I took their information and asked them to email me a bill, which I promptly began to research. They called it a "pre-release of liability." I don't believe that is actually a legal document.

First of all, there is no business license in Riverside for a company named "davis and edwards".

What is more interesting is that if you look in the ScamPulse.com website there are numerous complaints for a different company, "Morris & Meyers" at the EXACT same address and they are doing almost the same type of scam. This company doesn't have a license either.
