He claimed to own a Flooring business and assured me that he could purchase flooring at a discounted rated. He sent me a text that he had procured the flooring and needed to make a partial payment to close the transaction. He suggested that if ai paid directly via debit/credit card, I would incur additional fees 4% service charge. Instead if I sent the cash to him, he could pay for the flooring, pick it up and deliver it to my home. I sent the cash via CashApp and never heard from him again.
