Davit Velasco, a fitness instructor at Burn Fitness in Los Angeles, scammed me by selling a disabled wristband to Camp Flog Gnaw music festival. He charged me $425 for the wristband and deliberately provided a virtual phone number instead of his real contact information during our transaction. After I sent the payment, he disabled the wristband, making it completely worthless for festival entry. When I tried to contact him about the disabled wristband, I discovered he had intentionally used a temporary phone number to avoid being reachable. This was clearly premeditated - he specifically designed the scam to disappear with my money while leaving me with no way to contact him.

He lives at 636 N St Andrews Pl #1, Los Angeles, CA 90004 and works as a fitness instructor at Burn Fitness. I'm currently pursuing legal action through small claims court unless he agrees to refund the $425 he stole from me. If anyone else has been scammed by Davit, please reach out so we can take action together.
