We got started off to a rough start with our website redesign but if I am being fair, the fault is on my team as well. Dawn quickly pulled us all together and got us on the same page and created a beautiful website that displays all of our photography in a way that we were never able to do before. If you're clear about your needs from the beginning, Dawn will knock it out of the park for you.

Successful Google Ad campaigns are not easy to come by. We are exceeding our sales goals with the help of Dawn and her campaign creation and management. Timely, professional, efficient, and stellar communication are some of the strengths of her and her team. I wasn't a fan of Google Ads but realize now that we just didn't know what we were doing. We had a need for a 400+ item grocery store website with an online order & delivery function. We already tried one designer and they failed terribly. This was going to be a huge undertaking and Dawn handled it well. Our completion estimate was 7 months and to our surprise we went live in under 6 months. Seems there are several "real experiences" with Dawn Gutman. She was to design 2 websites for us. One for my husband's IT consulting firm and an update redesign for my non-profit teaching and assisting First Responders and others. As a Crisis Intervention Specialist, I can tell you she is a crisis. She did nothing but make excuses and never delivered. When we told her we wanted our money back she promised that it would be sent electronically and it never showed. Then a "check was in the mail". NEVER got it. This woman is a scam and to steal from a non profit who helps our First Responders and Veterans, SHAME ON YOU!

I Contacted Dawn of Social Simplified back in Nov of 2018 for a new website, I heard of her through Wix " Hire a Expert ". She sounded very nice and I believed she would design us a nice website. It's now Feb 20, 2019 and She has done nothing. She won;t respond to emails, phone calls. I leave messages and she does not return them. This originally cost me $410.00 and the additional $250.00 yet to be paid until the site was complete. Stay away from this lady.

I also went online to her Facebook page www.facebook.com/pg/SocialSimplified/reviews and found another lady she had done this too.

She is a fake m. Low-balls estimate to sign u up, collects half up front, then does nothing. By the time u r frustrated months later, she counts on u walking away bcos “it wasnt that much.” STAY AWAY!
