Order Never Received

Ordered product through Tiktok ad back in September. Never received product. Credit Card was charged. Seems to be a common issue for Daysales with crab leg orders.

I found an ad on TikTok for king crab legs for $49.99. I went to the site where they had other quantities listed and ordered 9lbs of king crab for $59.99. I looked on reviews prior to ordering and it seemed like there were many positive reviews and the complaints listed on the ScamPulse.com were answered by the company. I placed the order on 8/15/21 and I my bank card was charged $59.99 to an Andrew McManus. The delivery was stated to be about 20 days. After 24 days I contacted to company with my order number 5193 and they responded that it is on the way and to be patient. After 32 days I contacted them again and told them I had not received my order and the tracking number they gave me showed the product in China. I told them I wanted a refund. They said they would refund me and it would take 5-8 business days. It has now been 3 weeks and they are not answering my multiple emails asking for my refund. I have no product, they stole my $59.99 and are now not responding. There is no address or phone number listed for the site. I put my tracking number in tonight and now it is saying it has been delivered to an individual in Miami Florida. I live in Northern Michigan and have nothing to do with Miami. I was scammed and if I was scammed, I'm sure many more people were.
