In early May while viewing Instagram, I came upon an advertisement for a product and made the purchase. My checking account was debited on May 2, 2020 for $35.94 by Yagood Technology Hong Kong. When I did not receive the purchase in a timely manner, I emailed to the address I had ([email protected]) on May 24. 2020 and again 6/3/20 asking to cancel my order and refund my money. I subsequently emailed to ([email protected] and [email protected]) on June 11, 17, 2020 without a response. I emailed again on June 24. 2020 asking to please respond. I finally received a response on June 29th saying the order was delayed. Finally I received the order on June 30th. I didn’t even open the packaging. I went to the Post Office and sent the package back to the address that was in the box in Hawthorne CA with the info (Order WXIG2553) I had. I emailed the [email protected] person telling them to expect the return. NOW, the emails are being answered. But always to tell me not to return the product, just keep it because it will be too expensive to return and a myriad of other reasons. Each time I respond that it is already on it’s way back. I was able to confirm with the P.O. Tracking number that the product was returned on July 8th, delivered to an individual. I continue to receive emails with excuses not to return. I’ve made a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission (#119868288). After again receiving another email excuse and not a refund, I tried to look for the site online. A site is found but attempts to access display a page indicating “Oops, something went wrong.” Can you help track down these frauds?
