I received an unsolicited text message from Daystar Recruiters. I think this is a scam. Their phone number is 802-424-0152. I do not have their address. I received it Thursday September 14th. From Melissa Gray. You have been invited to an interview with Daystar Recruiters. It is for a remote job position via Microsoft Teams. Earn thirty dollars an hour. Reply yes to proceed with interview. I replied yes. I received instructions to download Microsoft teams onto my phone. Jamie Smith hiring manager. I provided my name, address, phone number and email. They sent me a $4950 check yesterday by UPS. I was instructed to deposit the check for the purchase of work material and hiring bonus of $200. I deposited the check yesterday. The rest was to be distributed to vendors for various materials. They are still contacting me. I blocked them. They wanted me to use Cash App certain people. My bank found fraudulent activity and blocked it. First amount was $1000. Second attempt $500. Wanted me to send $1000 through Zelle. He wanted me to purchase four money orders for $1000. and one at $500. I did not buy those. I lost no money. I have been online seeking employment.
