Long shipping delays, multiple shipments….all damaged
Ordered several (expensive….total over $2k) solar lights in May ‘24. Partial delivery 6 weeks later and product was damaged. The company promptly responded and processed a replacement order (which arrived another 6 weeks later). They also told me the remainder of my order was never shipped and they would have to re-process it. 7 weeks later, that product also arrived damaged.

This company has logistics issues. They didn’t even realize they never sent the second part of my shipment until I told them. But even worse, is the shipping packaging. They do not use any packing materials to protect the product. All of my lights came with zero packing materials, the lights were just put in a box and it was taped and shipped. Not surprising that every product I received in different shipments were all damaged. The biggest problem with this is the shipping time is a minimum of 6 weeks and since they don’t use packing protection, chances are high that any replacement will arrive damaged…..6 weeks later.

Also to note, the products themselves are not engineered very well. The quality is not great. They look great, but are flimsy and not the best quality which was a surprise given they are very expensive.

My experience with the company was that they were responsive. They shipped new products and provided a credit for some of the others that were damaged. So, I feel like they resolved the issue, but what a waste of time. The last of the products from my order in May arrived the first week of August….and was damaged!

This online store is ran out of the back of a restaurant in France.

Totally scam! The lamp is nothing as describe except it illuminates. It took almost 2 months to arrive. Also their customer service is a crap. They allow only 7 days for you to request a return after you receive the package and it's not even a free return. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

Promised 15-22 days. After I complained after 20 days that no info is coming, they pretended that item is on its way. That was a lie because I called UPS to inquire why the status of the shipment never changed from “label created” for days and they said that dazuma or zumada, whatever they call themselves never scheduled a pickup with UPS and never dropped it off at any UPS locations. So most likely my item doesn’t even exist, much less on its way to me! Disputed the charge

The items are wired for European use, not U.S. (220, not 110) I have emailed them, called and used their online form. They will not answer. You only get 7 days to notify them of a return. Took over a month to arrive since it is from China. As one person already mentioned-it says it is a French company but it isn’t. No instructions included either

It’s a scam. The products are not made in Europe, they are extremely poor quality made and shipped from China. The manufacturer is Chinese and poses as a French company from Europe. Stay away, it’s a scam. Im trying to post pictures of the outside lights I got from them so you can see how badly they are made and they are not as advertised. They are not responding to my refund request.

Buyer beware. Dazuma’s outdoor lighting is not suitable for the United States. The lighting all needs adaptive transformers to pass building codes. When adapting you lose the sleek look. DO NOT BUY. The 7 day return policy is too short if you don’t have your licensed electrician immediately able to try and install.

I ordered a light fixture that ended coming from China and was a bunch of bulbs and metal pieces and wires and no instructions. I have tried numerous times to return it and customer service will not return any email or phone calls
