I bought hanging wreaths from this company. The pictures show the size but when I received them they were smaller than a Detergent bottle. I contacted the company on November 30th. Since than they have refused to send me the return address and label. It says on their website 100% money back guarantee. I have pictures of what they advertised and what I received. They claim to be made in America but their emails to me say that it cost too much to ship it back. They may advertise they are made in America but they are not based here and do not ship from here. They refuse to give me a full refund or give me the address and label to ship the product back.
