Had I been at all satisfied with this service I wouldn’t cancel. However, because the marketing is completely misleading, the first cleaner cancelled on me same-day prior to an 8am appointment (costing me time) and the second cleaner assigned was over two hours late, I have zero interest in continuing. I am so pissed off at the [censored] customer service. I want to Cancel my subscription with no additional charges. Hiding this charge in the fine print is a scam. Email customer service is the only contact option at it seems like a bot is responding.
