I order a wind chime. Paid with PayPal. I received the shipping notices and the order, supposedly, was delivered to a town that is the same name as mine but to another state. When I notified them that I didn't receive the order and it was delivered to someone else, they claimed that they would ship another one to me. After numerous email giving me numerous excuses, I never received the wind chime and am out $34.48.
