I had sent back the horrible product and requested a refund in a timely fashion. Expedited it with tracking to the location provided. No refund was given - no communications back were provided - the product was shipped back after being identified as "Unclaimed" by the post office. Reached back out and communications were again non existent. This company is a middle point for a China based company called Deal Brilliant, but I can't do anything about that. At least I can try and shut down the middle person involved in this horrible "business".
