I brought an item from this company March 16 and today is March 25. I have text message through messenger from company on my item being shipped and online it shows it’s awaiting shipment. They have said my tracking number is my order number and that is not true. I have no information on my order but my payment receipt and nothing else. Every time I talk to them I asked for my money back and they just kept saying it’s been shipped. I have pictures of everything. They will not give me any more information on my item. I even called my card to get it disputed bc I don’t trust this company any more bc I never received my money back or tracking number since they say it’s been shipped and I never received and item in mail. They have there company in China Germany Russia etc no number or address all I have are messages and pictures of those messages and order I paid for that was suppose to be a gift..
