I Paid $1,640 for a puppy back on 20 September 2017 from a breeder. She did not deliver the dog on 2 separate occasions. She has stated she would refund me, however has failed to do that, in spite of her sending me a cancellation/refund contract which I signed and returned several weeks ago. . My son and I drove 2 hours to the airport on 2 separate occasions, in which the puppy was a no show. She runs adds on hoobly, and Craig's list under the login flpuppies. She claims to work with hundreds of breeders across the country. She has been reported on hoobly by others claiming she has scammed many people. She goes by the name Victoria.
