I answered an ad on Craigslist looking for help with my solar panel device. "Steve" said he was a married father of 5. He looked over my equipment and said he could come to my home and repair it. He looks things over and never repairs anything. He took my solar charger to "repair" and charged me $750. ($125 per hour, and $125 onsite visit fee plus parts he would order for me). I gave him $550 cash and $200 check (which he hasn't cashed). When I asked for my parts and my charger back, he offered to reduce his fees (and then he text flirted with other ways to "pay" him).

He drives a Lincoln Navigator.
