Well i knew it was a scammer and i continued to let it happen to me because i want to help catch these people. They called and said that they were from the federal grant office or department and stated that a grant was approved for myself. Ill admit i liked the sound of it at first but i knew it was too good to be true. They asked for an application registration fee to activate a tracking number of funds which i did pay 200.00 via ebay prepay card im posting this in hopes to aid in the capture of these people responsible. I am still in contact and have valid number for them. They are now asking for 500.00 in "tax fees" to process the money into my account which i will not be paying but only have a limited amount of time to capitalize on locating the individuals responsible. They also claimed to be affiliated with the BBB.
