DC SuperShine Store, www.dcsupershinestore.com, offers aluminum polishing kits for sale. I ordered a kit, shown in the attached order confirmation on July 4, 2019. After 90 days, the product never arrived and the seller failed to respond to email requests. After texting the business number endlessly, I was finally granted a refund with the admission that said "kits" were not now nor were they going to be in stock for the foreseeable future. The PayPal refund was issued, however, the next day said refund was canceled. A further text message to DC SuperShine Store instructed me to submit a claim with PayPal to get my money back. This is where the fraud come in. A search of Google Reviews demonstrates a long term pattern of this scammer not delivering products and guiding customers to get their refund from the PayPal Claim system. As of this writing, the money has yet to be returned.d
