From this website they state that they are out of New York they are not they are out of China we had made an order for a toddler bed that supposedly was $76.95 we thought we were getting a good deal we tried contacting them for months because we hadn’t receive it then we finally received it but what showed up was a baby T-shirt that probably cost about two dollars when contacting the company to figure out why we were sent a T-shirt instead of a bedframe they stated that we got the wrong shipment when we told them we did not want the bedframe anymore we just wanted a refund they tried negotiating and telling us that they were only gonna give us a percentage back we refused and told him that we would not send the shirt back and we wanted 100% refund they still tried to bargain with us for months when finally I got pissed off and told him I want 100% refund no offense or butts are all gonna contact the better Business bureau they said that we would get our refund now it is 2022 of June this order was made in August 2021 the site is complete fraud I don’t know why the site is not shut down

Hi. I'd like to report dcecie.com for fraud. I ordered an electric scooter about 2 years ago but I still haven't gotten it (paid $79 for it). They also stopped replying to me & changed their contact info again (which is now fake). I've never sued before so I'd like to know how to start a lawsuit with that company. Thank you!

Ordered a COUCH back in October 2021. The estimated delivery time was up to 30 days, with covid I figured it may be a few days more. I tried in vain more times than I can count to get ahold of this site on multiple avenues. The phone numbers are bunk. The emails are totally automated no matter what you say, if you receive a response at all.
Last night, Jan 20th, my "couch" came in the mail. Only, it was a child size neon green tank top.
It was than that I realized, unfortunately too late, that this was a total scam.
DO NOT ORDER A THING!!!
If you have, call your bank immediately and begin the headache of disputing the charge. Because you've more or less been robbed.

I found this website by Google it suggested it when I was looking for a particular item. I bought from them and I never got a confirmation email. But I snapped a shot of my order. I contacted them five times and only got one email reply stating that it takes a few weeks for processing and shipping. I called their phone and it was disconnected. I contacted them through PayPal and instead of the company information it paid a man and an even paid him more than the order confirmation snapshot shows. It had been over a month and I haven’t gotten anything and I reached out to PayPal five times and the last communication they gave me two bogus tracking links stating that I received the product . One track the product Illinois the other one showed my house but I contacted my postmaster at the United States Postal Service and they confirm that it’s not my tracking information and that is actually about someone else’s page and that it was a scam. I have all the information saved they are liars they are scammers they are deceitful and they need to stop doing this to people. So I want to share with the world
Since I made that purchase my phone started acting weird I started getting all these spam text messages. I have been on the phone with Apple for days trying to figure everything out and had no idea but it makes sense now that they took my information and sold it and I’m not even sure if they hacked my phone but it’s a complete mess and nothing has worked right sense.

Ordered a bed frame from company sand never received tracking info. Reached out and was told shipping would take up to 25 days. After 25 days with no item, I emailed again and they replied they couldn’t find my order number. After I I sent the order number and copies of receipt; they stopped replying. Contacted PayPal and they told PayPal the item was delivered on the 3rd of November. Luckily, PayPal is smarter than they are and with my emails as proof I was able to get a refund.
Beware of this company

They offer new furniture for sale at low prices, supposedly 3 day UPS shipping within the USA. They do not take credit cards, only Paypal. I purchased a Cabot L Shaped DESK with hutch in Espresso Oak. The price was $76.95. Immediately Paypal was charged $88.49 (overcharged). The address was in Chinese, lots of information was in Chinese, so I thought it was a scam. I had only ordered it because it was supposedly coming from NY in the USA. I was not emailed a copy of the order, or any kind of confirmation. I had actually no proof I'd ordered anything, other than the screenshots I'd taken. I tried calling Dcecie, one phone number was disconnected, the other was just "leave a message" (which I did). I emailed them MANY times, could not get response. Contacted Paypal to complain I was overcharged and I thought it was a scam - they filed a dispute. I was told I had to wait 10 days. After sending MANY emails to Dcecie, and telling them they overcharged me and to please cancel my order, they told me they had no record of my order. Luckily I had taken a screenshot so I was able to tell them the order number, they said they'd cancel my order and refund me. I never got a refund. Several days later I was contacted by Paypal and told they had found in favor of the seller. They had apparently received confirmation of delivery of said desk, to my house, according to the tracking number. The tracking number was via USPS (NOT UPS, which was promised in the website), and I told Paypal that I never received anything. The seller assured Paypal that I had received the desk. I think I would know if a package 6 feet by 6 feet by 6 feet was delivered to my front door. I went to the post office, gave them the tracking number and asked where was this package. They confirmed a package HAD been delivered - TO A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FICTITIOUS ADDRESS (i.e. NOT my address) - they couldn't tell me if it was a tiny envelope - all they had was that it was delivered to the wrong address. AND that it was through the Post Office (again, the listing promises UPS 3 day delivery).
Paypal did not give me any option to discuss their decision, to argue why they found in favor of the seller - they just closed the case. Paypal is WICKED. I have disputed it with my credit card company - I have proof that 1) Dcecie overcharged me 2) Told me they'd cancel my order and refund me 3) Did NOT ship anything via UPS like they were supposed to, and shipped something via USPS 4) did NOT deliver anything to me, but sent something to a fake address and 5) argued with Paypal that they had indeed sent me my purchase and I had received it. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. THEIR WEBSITE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. Since this happened, I looked up whether they are known for scammning people and yes they are. https://www.onlinethreatalerts.com/article/2021/8/11/is-dcecie-a-scam-review-of-...⇄ has got lots of consumers scammed by them. My credit card company has given me a "conditional" refund but are waiting till the end of January for the seller to respond - which is shocking - considering I Have proof it's a scam, I would think my credit card comany would immediately refund me permanently and file a complaint against the seller Dcecie. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. THERE IS NO FURNITURE FOR SALE ON THEIR WEBSITE, They just send out something with a tracking number so they can say "look! THey received the item! Proof is the tracking number shows delivery!" - when what they sent is NOTHING like what we purchased. SCAM SCAM SCAM. I never received ANYTHING from them. Whatever they sent, went to a different address unknown to me. The post office advised me against going to the address where this package was delivered - and I agree - I have no idea if this address exists or where it is, or whether it's criminals receiving stolen goods - so I have not gone to the address where this "delivery" was made. Until my credit card company finds permanently in my favor, I am considered a victim of theft. I will also NEVER use Paypal again. They didn't even give me a chance to submit the proof to them - just closed the case and found in favor of the seller!!! AND IN ANY EVENT - THIS WEBSITE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN - I'M SURE PEOPLE ARE GETTING SCAMMED EVERY DAY!!!! CLOSE DOWN https://www.dcecie.com/
