Type of a scam Online Purchase
I received the product a week ago, 4/23 and was completely unsatisfied with the product. It was cheap, flimsy, tiny, and basically junk .I bought 2 and they were $59. each I immediately sent an email to the address they had provided in the box they had arrived in. I got the message that it was a fraudulent website. So, I emailed them at [email protected]. They have given me the run around everyday this week. We've exchanged 5 or 6 emails. First one they offered 10% off. I rejected that and expressed that I was not interested in the product at all after seeing it. Their next email offered 15% off, then 20%, and today it was 30% off. That was the most they could give me. I told them in each email that I was not interested in any discount. I just wanted the return address and any other information I needed to return the product in a timely fashion. I was happy to pay for the return shipping. I still have not received that info, and I'm very frustrated and angry with this situation, and myself, for not checking out their website better at first. Very shady and dishonest business. I don't know that I will ever get the information I requested? Then I am out the $117.40 and have these cheap yard art spinners that I would not use or even give away.
