Hello. On November 18, I fell for an internet scam. I went to https://www.guerlainstore.com to purchase lipstick. I was so excited they had some of their discontinued lipstick available. Nope. It is a scam website pretending to be www.guerlain.com. I should have figured it out. "guerlain store" had everything on sale. Guerlain never does that. I feel so stupid. I ordered 2 tubes of lipstick for $59.99. I paid via PayPal. "guerlainstore.com" attempted to make it a daily recurring charge, which I immediately canceled. That was when I figured out I was scammed, but the original $59.99 went through. I have contacted PayPal but they aren't responding. I believe they are "reviewing the case." The charge showed up as Dxc Technology Co., not "guerlainstore.com." I contacted the "seller" via PayPal and told them I'd be contacting the FTC and the FCC. I just contacted my bank and told them about the scam.
