When I called to cancel the Spirit airlines flight, DD Travels agent charged a onetimeexception fee $149 and said they cancelled the flight and never cancelled my flight. Infact they cannot cancel the flight as it was booked through spirit airlines.com. They pretend to be spirit travel desk. (see the attached email trail). Their phone number (833)971 2316 somehow appeared in the google search for spirit and showed up in the top. I called this number and they took my confirmation # and last name and said it is a non refundable ticket and I had to pay a one-time exception fee and sent an email to authorize the charge in my credit card.

When I call them about this refund status they disconnect the call immediately. It is fraud shceme.. they try to cancel the flight for airlines and charge the fees and never cancal the flight.
