After several robocalls, I called to see what the threats of subpoenas were about. They claimed to have a Visa Platinum bill owed from 2004. I knew it wasn't true, but they had wrong info and my phone # instead of my husbands who they claimed owed the money from before we met. I asked for information all they had was a Visa #, which who knows if it was real. It never appeared on either credit report so this is bogus.
